"We have a Comarm integrated Burglar and Fire alarm system, which is monitored 24hrs a day At Christmas we had a minor fire in our front room, this activated the fire alarms. The monitoring station phoned, but my wife and I were too busy to answer the phone as we were busy dealing with getting the fire under control. Because we didn’t answer, the monitoring station phoned the fire brigade, who arrived within a couple of minutes of the alarm activation. Thankfully on this occasion we didn’t need their help, but knowing that we have this system in place, really does give my family peace of mind.
